A good one liner…

I don’t usually allow myself to post one liners pulled completely from the context in which they were intended, but this one struck me as an exception worth making. It was from a post, Managing Collaboration from Harold Jarche’s site.

As you soon as you try to address a problem, it gets more complicated, because that’s what conventional management does.

How many times has this occurred with leadership teams and organizational leaders. Take a simple problem, lose total perspective, and give it a life that is absolutely unnecessary. I’m sure you could bring several examples to the table.
